going down memory lane.  our first homecoming.  I was SO nervous, and he was SO skinny lol. we were both SUPER nervous. we still get butterflies after we spend time apart. almost 2 years ago.

you’re not supposed to show PDA in uniform

if one more person says something about the PDA in uniform in this picture…..pretty sure youve never been on a base, been to a deployment day, never been to a homecoming never actually experienced the military because NO ONE SAYS SHIT about PDA in uniform. not on our base anyway.

It’s a PICTURE PEOPLE. You know, the same pictures that everyone loves and reblogs where a vintage-looking couple in uniform are swooning over each other and showing PDA—yeah this is another one of those.

A photograph, a memory. A husband and wife. A friend of mine and her husband taking photos before he deployed. Possibly the last set of photos with them as husband and wife before their baby comes into the picture. Ashley Kirner Photography did a great job on her photos-that’s obvious. But to add a comment about PDA in uniform is just obnoxious and taking away from the picture. 
My husband wore his Blues on our wedding day.. and guess what-HE KISSED ME.

They’re called exceptions to rules. The Marine Corps will survive, knowing that one of theirs has kissed a girl.
