im not sure what “healthy” person made this diet but it is NOT healthy. If you were to lay in bed and do nothing all day your body needs 1200 calories MINIMUM (more for some people) to just perform functions, thats just if you lay in bed and do NOTHING! This suggestes excercise so youre putting your body in an even larger deficit. Your body needs 1200 cals just to do things such as your liver cleaning your system, your heart beating, your blood flowing, your brain working. I REPEAT THIS IS NOT HEALTHY! AAAHHHHHHHH I get so upset at the people the convince girls that this is healthy!
